Hello. My name is Peaches. I’m a female bunny looking for a home to call my own. I was found as a stray only a few weeks ago and I was brought to the shelter by a member of the public as I looked very out of place.
The staff are unsure of my age but I’m certainly young. I’m a very inquisitive girl who is always looking for attention. The staff are always keen to give my nose a scratch when I’m trying to poke my face through my hutch to see what’s going on. I love having a run around so I can stretch my legs and have a sniff of everything.
Due to me having so much energy, I would have to have quite a big exercise area with plenty of things to play with like tunnels, cardboard boxes, balls and lots of veggies to munch on. If you have a neutered male rabbit who would like a friend, I would love to meet them, I’m often found having a sniff around my neighbours hutches to try and make friends with them.
I think I can live with children of 5+ as I do get quite jumpy on occasion so I would like some understanding owners who can be patient with me if I start getting a bit nervous at my new home.
If you would like to take me home, please come in and fill in an application form. Also please bring in a photo of the hutch and run you have ready for me, we need landlord’s permission if you’re renting your house and a utility bill as proof of address to make the adoption process quick and easy.
