Sparkles – Rehomed

10 Years Old

Domestic Shorthair

Hi my name is Sparkles and I’m a very special girl looking for a wonderful new home. I’m a 10 year old girl who’s been here 4 months, I have been looked after very well by the staff but now it’s time for a home of my own.

I originally came in as a stray, my owner was found and it turned out I had been missing for 6 years! Unfortunately because it had been such a long time my old home was no longer suitable for me. Because of medical reasons after straying for so long I’ve had to have my ears removed which makes me look even sadder than I normally do. I was extremely nervous when I came in and I still am now but the staff have been working hard with me to bring me come out of my shell. I like to have my own space however I’m starting to see that people aren’t as scary as I thought. I enjoy a chin scratch and will start to dribble when I’m really happy.

I’m looking for a large indoor home only as the outside world is just too scary for me. I would also be happy with an enclosed garden all to myself to stay safe in. I can’t live with other animals and need to live in an adult only home as I’m still extremely nervous.

I’m looking for very understanding owners who will accept that I still have a little way to go and may never be a confident lap cat, but I promise I’m worth the wait. The staff said that they will be accepting all applications for me and will read through them and choose the most suitable as they want me to have the perfect home.

Please come in and register your interest if you think you may be able to offer me my special forever home.
