Jersey Legacy Week 5th to 11th September

Jersey Legacy Week aims to celebrate the impact of gifts in Wills and to share the difference they can make to local charities, no matter how big or small.
We urge you to consider the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter when making a decision to give a gift to a charity, whether it be money, items or property.
Gifts in Wills have enabled charities in Jersey to support transformative and positive change, shaping our community, environment, and wellbeing. Many charities rely on gifts in Wills to continue their vital work.
This special week aims to provide Islanders and charities with an opportunity to talk and learn more about the difference you can make by leaving a gift to a cause you really care about.

Making your Will is the best way to protect the people and causes you care about. After you have looked after your family and friends, including a gift to charity in your Will, no matter how small, will make a big difference.

Why the JSPCA?

For over 150 years, the JSPCA has made its aim to prevent cruelty, promote knowledge and to provide for the sick, aged and unwanted animals of Jersey. A gift in your Will can help in so many important ways.
Rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals involves a huge amount of time, dedication and equipment, from operating tables and medication, right through to cosy beds and toys. The amazing support that you give really can help us to help them.
All the work we do is impossible to achieve without the public’s support and that of our incredible band of volunteers who give up thousands of hours of their time to help make a difference to the lives of animals in Jersey.
Once you’ve made a Will, you and your loved ones can feel secure and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your wishes will be carried out.
If you would like to speak directly with one of our team about how your gift could make a difference, or you’d like to take a look around our site before you make your decisions, please get in touch.
