Coco is a wonderful, sweet male umbrella cockatoo. We are unsure of his age but know he’s over 15 years old.  Although he’s very big he’s such a softy, he loves tickles and just being near you. For some reason Coco doesn’t like flying but loves to climb and will always be found on top of his cage or at the window telling off the seagulls.

He is nervous of strangers which is understandable but he’s very gentle. Coco would suit living in a cage indoors as he loves spending time out perched on top of his cage busily deconstructing a toy while family life goes on around him. All birds need to be kept in a well ventilated but not too drafty room as air quality is very important for birds.

Coco has come from a home with older children so he’ll be fine in a family home with older or sensible children.

If you are interested in adding Coco to your family please pop in between 2 and 4 pm and fill out an application form to meet him. If you wish to reserve him, we will need proof of address dated within the last 2 months and if you live in rented accommodation we will need permission for you to keep this species from your landlord.

We ask for a minimum adoption fee of £60.
