Hey hamster lovers! My name is Rice. I’m a 4 month old Syrian hamster looking for a fresh start for 2020!

The staff at the JSPCA say I’m a little monkey sometimes because I’m not completely used to being picked up, so this means I would be only able to go with sensible children 12+. My ideal owner would have to be dedicated to spending some time with me so I can get used to cuddles slowly and won’t rush me. I do enjoy a tiny bit of apple now and again.

If you would like to offer me a home I would need a nice cage preferably with at least 3 tiers to I have lots of room to explore. I would also like some toys and tunnels so I will have things to keep me busy, maybe even a ball to run around in would be nice.
