Hi ferret fanatics! My name is Slinky and I’m a special ferret looking for a home 🤗

I arrived at the shelter in October with a large lump on my face that needed sorting. I have now had the lump removed after the tests coming back saying it was just an abscess and I feel so much better, now I’m all healed up and ready for a home! 👍

All the other ferrets are paired up or in groups at the minute so I’m on my own for now so the shelter are looking for someone who may have a lonely ferret who wants a friend as I would love to have a new friend! 😍

If there has been no interest in me in a weeks time then the staff will mix me in with a pair of ferrets here already although this makes it harder for us to find a home as pairs are hard enough to rehome let alone three! 😥

I’m feeling very lonely so if no one wants me then I will have to make friends here! 🙂

I’m a friendly ferret who can live indoors or outdoors but my new home will need to have another ferret for me to have a friend or will be looking to get another ferret after me to be my friend. I would like lots of stuff to do in my cage to keep me entertained when I’m not sleeping most of the day! I hope someone will pick me! 🥰

If you are interested in adopting me then you will need to bring in proof of address from the past 2 months and landlord permission if you’re in rented accommodation. The staff will need to come round to your house for a home visit to make sure it’s the perfect home for me 🏠

I am a minimum adoption fee of £40 (which I am definitely worth!) I am microchipped and neutered ✅
