Slippers is a very affectionate girl who really loves to be the centre of attention and hates to be ignored. She adores being made a fuss of and likes to share her dribble with you when she’s happy! She is looking for a quiet and calm home where she can relax and spend her retirement years lounging on the sofa and being spoiled. She does have some medical conditions which are controlled with medication and special food, which all together will cost around £100 a month. Her food and medication is for her heart murmur, Spondylosis and IBD (She does sometimes miss her litter tray when she has a flare-up but she tries her hardest not to!). She qualifies for assisted adoption which means her new owners can use the veterinary services at the JSPCA and she doesn’t have an adoption fee as we would like to get her into the perfect home. We know she is more on the expensive side and a lot of people aren’t looking for an older cat with medical problems, however Slippers really is the sweetest girl who deserves a loving home with someone who can give her all the love in the world. She can go to an indoor or outdoor home but can’t live with other pets or children under the age of 14 years.

If you are interested in adopting a cat, then you will need to bring in proof of address from the past 2 months and Landlord’s permission if you’re in rented accommodation. The staff will need do a home visit to make sure it’s the perfect home for the cat. Cats are a minimum adoption fee of £110. All cats are microchipped, vaccinated and neutered/spayed.
