We currently don’t need any extra bedding or food supplies, but please keep an eye on our Facebook page for the latest appeals of items. You can still help us by buying something we specifically need from our Amazon wishlist or you can donate via our Support Us Campaign.

Veterinary Appointments

We are running our Vet appointments as normal.

Emergency Appointments 

If you’re worried your pet requires urgent, emergency treatment or are unsure what to do, please telephone us straight away on 01534 724331.

Yes, you can collect repeat prescriptions which have been ordered at least 24 hours prior.

If you are unable to collect your repeat prescription due to self isolation please provide us with the name of the person collecting it on your behalf.

If you are self isolating but require one of our services, please telephone us so we can discuss the best course of action.

For those who would like to start volunteering at the JSPCA, thank you for contacting us with the offer of your time to volunteer. Please fill in a volunteer application form and if a volunteer slot becomes available which suits the days/times you are offering a member of the team will be in touch.

 

As with many businesses in Jersey, when we are on the telephone, if it is determined you will be visiting the JSPCA, we will be asking customers a set of questions relating to recent travel etc. Please don’t take this personally, we are following the Governments guidelines in trying to protect both our customers and staff.

Yes, we have a 24-hour ambulance service. (Mobile no. 07797 720331 between 5pm and 8am Monday to Saturday, all day on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
