Would you like To See Behind The Scenes At The JSPCA?
Well You Are In Luck!
If You Would Like To See The Important Work We Carry Out, you can book A Private Guided Tour.
During the tour you will get to see many of the departments at the JSPCA, interact with some of the friendly animals we have on site and learn about the important work the JSPCA carries out for the domestic and wild animals of Jersey.
The minimum group size is 6 people and the maximum group size is 20 people.
Please note that for every 6 under 16’s in a group, 1 adult must be part of the group.
Average tour takes approximately 60 minutes. Please note that this time may vary. Animal welfare is our top priority. Therefore some enclosures/departments may be off limits to the general public depending on what animals we have in and what treatment/training schedule they are currently receiving.
Tour costs £5 per person. This money goes back into caring for all the animals housed at the JSPCA which you get to see on your tour.
Rabbits, Guinea-Pigs, Hamsters, Gerbils, Rats, Chinchillas, Reptiles, Terrapins, Fish, Cats, Dogs and Birds. Please note that as a rehoming centre the variety of animals we have on site varies day by day and not all of these animals may be on site at the time of your tour.
The private guided tour is your opportunity to see behind the scenes at the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter. Although, for animal welfare reasons, there are some areas that are unable to be viewed.
During the the covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to take bookings for tours, but ordinarily, tours can be booked anytime between 11-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). A tour must be booked in advance.
As soon as we have received your form we aim to make contact with the group leader within 7 working days.
