Hi my name is Bigman and I arrived at the JSPCA as a stray in February 🐱

I spent a while with the vet dept team as I had something wrong with my back leg. After some investigations, the vets decided the best thing for me would be an amputation. Now I’m on 3 legs I feel much better as I’m not in pain anymore 👍

Now that I’m all settled in the cattery and the vets are all happy with my recovery it means I’m ready for my new home 🤗

I will need an indoor only home or one with a very secure enclosed garden as now I’m on 3 legs. I’m not the most agile so it would be best for me to stay away from roads and other dangers 🙂

I’m a very affectionate boy and love getting attention and strokes, I can get quite drooly when I’m happy! 🤤

I would like to live in a quite home where I can relax and be comfortable as I might not have ever had a real home before as I was found sleeping in a shed in a pretty bad way 😢

I can live with sensible children 12+ who will understand that I can be quite nervous around a lot of noise. I can’t live with other animals they make me very nervous. The staff say I’m a very handsome boy and that I would make a great companion for someone who wants a lazy cat for company 🥰

Please don’t be put off by me having 3 legs as I’m still a good boy and it doesn’t change my personality or the love that I have to give 😽

I’m a foster cat at the shelter so my new owner could use the JSPCA as their vet 🏥

If you are interested in adopting me then you will need to bring in proof of address from the past 2 months and landlord permission if you’re in rented accommodation. The staff will need to come round to your house for a home visit to make sure it’s the perfect home for me 🏡

I am a minimum adoption fee of £100 (which I am definitely worth!) I am microchipped, vaccinated and neutered ✅
