Hi my name is Nick and after spending quite some time at the shelter I’m finally ready for a new home! I came in as a very scared stray back in December covered in fleas, ticks and battle wounds. The staff think I was straying for quite some time as my social skills weren’t very good when I first arrived. It’s taken 4 months of staff sitting with me with food and treats every day but I’m now a A* clingy cuddler! The staff aren’t meant to have favourites…but it’s definitely me!

Everyone loves me and wants me to go to the perfect home, so here’s my list of what kind of home I need:
1)I need a quiet home to make it easier for me to settle in.
2)I can live with children 14+ as long as they’re sensible around me as I’m still quite a sensitive boy.
3)I need to be the only pet in the house as other animals make me nervous.
4)My new owner needs to love having snuggles as I like to curl up next to people for a snooze and I’m an expert at headbutts.
5)Chin rubs and head scratches are a must!
During my time here my face suddenly swelled up and I grew scabs all over it, the vets had a good look but they’re not 100% on what the cause was. It’s all under control now with medication but I’ve been made a foster for my skin just in case it flares up again.
The staff who don’t work with me everyday can’t believe the progress I’ve made since I first came in, I would really like to show off how good I’ve got so please come and visit me if you think I’m the purrfect cat for you!

If you are interested in adopting me then you will need to bring in proof of address from the past 2 months and landlord permission if you’re in rented accommodation. The staff will need to come round to your house for a home visit to make sure it’s the perfect home for me.
I am a minimum donation of £100 (which I am definitely worth!) I am microchipped, vaccinated and neutered.
