Fun facts about stick insects!

Stick insects are the masters of camouflage. They can darken their colour to blend in better with their surroundings, and can be seen swaying to mimic the wind blowing through the trees.

These creatures breathe through a series of holes called spiracles which are located along the side of the body.

Only one in one thousand Indian stick insects are male.
